About the data

Zone Intel is an unofficial fan project. It is not affiliated with the game's developer or publisher. Positions, tasks, items, loot tables and hideout data come from files extracted from a local installation of the game. Gray Zone Warfare and its names, artwork and trademarks belong to their owners; the map imagery shown here is derived from the game's own map data and is used for reference only. No game files are redistributed.

This build

  • Build stamp: gzw-cb4f600-1792684536+s1.c6df68e4
  • Game build: cb4f600 (2026-10-22), imported 2026-10-24
  • 464 tasks, 3,344 items, 345 loot tables, 13,342 map locations, 15 hideout devices

The data is read from the game files again after a game update, so just after a patch it can lag behind the game. The build lines above say which version you are looking at.

Loot is possible, not probable. The game files list what a container may contain, not how often. Percentages shown as “rule weight” are the chance a loot rule is picked, not the chance an item drops.

What the data does not cover

  • Which tasks, bosses or patrols belong to which enemy role: the files do not say.
  • A task's level is only a tag; it does not decide when a task unlocks.
  • Which trader sells a weapon part: the files list no per-trader stock, only which kinds of items traders can sell. The trader rank shown in the loadout builder is estimated from item levels.
  • Keys have no list of the tasks that need them.
  • Not every key is linked to a door in the game files, so some show no door.
  • Where a container or camp may hold an item is shown as possible places, never as a chance.

Something wrong?

A task, position or name that looks wrong may be a gap in the game files or in this site. Email it to adao.raul@gmail.com; the button below opens a message with the details filled in. They contain no account data.
